Hi my name is Ilya Kurilyak!!!!!! I'm a Russian artist currently living in Auckland, New Zealand, doing all kinds of cool creative stuff >:))) I do illustrations, designs, animations... and zines!!! For me - zinemaking is a pure, unfiltered way of showing people what I do and who I am. Since my first Zinefest in 2024 - participating in zine markets has been such a joyful experience for me. There's nothing more rewarding after spending a sleepless night stapling and cutting up your zines than seeing people smile and laugh while flipping through pages of your work.
