Marydahfairy (she/they) is a Nigerian multidisciplinary artist, storyteller and lover of all things soft, based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Her work explores themes of femme joy, ritual, survival and queer connection. Often drawing from her ancestry and lived experience as a Black queer femme. This is her first zine and she’s using it as a space to honour femme lesbians, especially those who are Black, brown, Asian, Indigenous and everything beautiful in between.

Mary’s zine practice is rooted in care, community and creativity. Whether through poetry, visual collage, or everyday magic. She’s interested in holding space for those who don’t always see themselves reflected. 4 DAH GWORLZ is a celebration of femmes in all our softness, strength and style.
