Tashi Donnelly (she/her), known professionally as Tashi Rd, is an emerging artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Her work spans digital comics, illustration, painting, and 2D animation, often exploring themes of mental health, feminism, gender identity, and queer experience through a lens of everyday life.
Tashi is the Feature Editor at Debate magazine, where she contributes writing and illustration, and serves as a resident cartoonist for Rat World magazine. Her self-published zines, including I'm Straight Up Not Having a Good Time, Growing Up Female, and Animal Parents, blend humour and vulnerability to reflect on personal and collective experiences.
