Close out our zinefest month with zine awards, music, zine activities and more next Saturday! Find out who the 2026 winners and runner-ups of the Best of the Fest Zine Awards are, boogie to some music by local indie bands, read or trade some zines and mingle over crafty activities.
Blessing our stage will be Tamaki-locals, Club Ruby and Maebh McCurdy with indie rock and electropop tunes. In between sets, we’ll celebrate the 2026 winners and runner-ups of our annual zine awards. Stick around and chill browsing the 2026 zine award entries to see the local zine talent.
Bring your pals, zines for trading and good vibes, and we’ll bring the food and drinks.

Meet the acts!
Club Ruby
is an Auckland-based, Southeast Asian–led indie rock and pop-punk collective with a theatrical streak, bringing together club members of all ages. Their music speaks to anyone crawling out of the gutter and choosing fun anyway — a home for closet theatre kids, basement DnD dwellers, and video game nerds chasing main-character energy.
