i stumbled into my first zinefest around 15 years ago, finally worked up the nerve to make a zine in 2014 then ended up helping to run wellington zinefest for the next few years! i’m a graphic designer and i run a secondhand bookshop in tāmaki, and the endless creativity found in zine making inspires me constantly. i love to experiment with binding techniques and am interested in the tangible qualities of zines - paper choice, handmade flourishes, embellishments etc to make each zine a coveted object.
